毒贩李尚道(柳承范饰)管理着有三万顾客的黄金区域，住着豪华公寓，享受着荣华富贵。但有一天被刑警道京长(黄正民饰)抓住了弱点，于是在道京长的威胁下不得不协助道京长一宗棘手的案件，不幸的是案件没能破获主谋张哲逃跑了，毒贩尚道却不小心进了监狱。 上一次案件的主谋张哲再次进入刑警道京长的视线，于是道京长又找了已经出狱的尚道，想与尚道合作把张哲给抓住。但是已经因为道京长坐牢8个月的尚道这次却怎么也不同意。道京长为了让尚道同意保驾护航似的让尚道夺回了原来属于他的贩毒领域，尚道还从道京长身上获得了巨额的事业基金。尚道潜入到了张哲的组织，开始了自由的贩毒，道京长睁一眼闭一眼，目的只有一个希望从尚道那里得到有用的信息。 为了能把张哲绳之于法，道京长不得不潜入道毒品流通的核心地毒品制造现场。但是沉迷于贩毒生意的尚道已经3个月没有给道京长消息了，道京长的忍耐到了极限。尚道收了道京长要保护他的保证书后才告诉了道京长毒品制造者的行踪。道京长埋伏在张哲与毒品制造哲交易的附近，而这时尚道趁机拿到了张哲价值巨额的毒品。 道京长原本要一网打进张哲和毒品制造者，但是在现场却意外的遇到了麻烦，同样，想趁张哲慌乱之际彻底想把毒品市场掌握于自己手中的尚道也遇到了意想不到的障碍。各自都向着自己目标奔跑的两男人，他们的“生死决断”将走向意想不到的结局……
